Training and nutrition advice
People who are new to lifting, weight training, exercising, etc. tend to look at fitness magazines for nutrition advice and workout programs. This is unfortunate.
Fitness magazines have some of the WORST workouts. Usually, there is no mention of warm-up sets, how much weight to start with, when you're supposed to increase the weight, etc.
Men's Fitness Magazine put out a "conditioning" type of workout that supposedly helps you look big and strong while being big and strong.
The amount of volume in this workout is going to challenge advanced lifters. I wouldn't recommend an intermediate lifter try this, and I ESPECIALLY want all beginners to STAY THE HELL AWAY from this workout!
