Training and nutrition advice
Getting ripped in as little as ten minutes sounds awesome, but it's not going to happen.
Muscle & Fitness Magazine are giving out false hope with a nonsense 10 minute workout. You also have a 20 and 45 minute workout plan in the same issue/article. But, even those routines are full of ridiculousness.
Just so you get a quick idea of how little sense these 3 routines make, here is the total reps for each workout, and the time it supposedly takes to perform them:
The 10 minute workout = 174 total reps
The 20 minute workout = 355 total reps
The 45 minute workout = 286 total reps
As you can see, somehow the 45 minute workout has fewer reps than the 20 minute workout and is supposed to last more than twice as long. This should give a pretty good idea of how awful this workout strategy is.
