Not without drugs!
That low of body fat is just not healthy. Period. I've seen it said in different places, and now I'm saying it - if you have less than 10% body fat, your testosterone levels will drop.
Hell, even the dipshits over at Mensfitness magazine tell you this, even though within the same issue(s) they tell you how to drop below 10%. Go figure, right?
Of course, this is directed toward men. Sorry ladies! But, ladies, if YOU are at 10% or less then you are in SERIOUS trouble!!!!
Even if someone says they're at 10% or lower in body fat, I highly doubt it. Unless they got a hydrostatic test done, they're probably wrong. We're all pretty much fatter than we realize. It's really not that big of a deal how high our body fat percentage is. Because, you can absolutely have those abs you want and be above 10% body fat. Just worry about how you look. Most likely, you'll look the way you want to with that "high" body fat percentage.
Unfortunately, people in the fitness industry will talk about how they maintain or achieve super low levels of body fat. People like Marc Lobliner. Marc says he stays at 6% body fat all year round due to his crazy ass supplement stack and training. He neglects to mention his TRT and HGH. This behavior is harmful to people who just don't know the shady shit that goes on the fitness industry. It needs to stop.
How do I know Lobliner said this? From watching this video:
