Training and nutrition advice
Men's Fitness magazine released an article claiming you can achieve 8% body fat in just 4 weeks.
Men's Fitness magazine is full of shit.
Okay... MOSTLY full of shit.
Seriously, there are FAR too many factors that go into reaching the single digits in body fat percentage. The article only gives 3 days (NOT FOUR WEEKS) of a meal plan, no structure on how to continue for a full four weeks, and is supposedly designed for 35 year old men who are 5'10", 175 lbs., and are already active.
That is a VERY tiny portion of the population.
No way in HELL is someone currently at 30% body fat even remotely capable of reaching 8% body fat in just four weeks. Well, unless you go under the knife. I doubt most people are willing to go that route. And, I highly advise not getting fat just sucked out of you. You'll just gain it back by living the same lifestyle that made you fat in the first place!
In the following video I talk about the flaws in the Men's Fitness Magazine article to better help you have a realistic perspective on what you can achieve with your physique.
